Warranty & Returns

Returns are not accepted for conforming parts.

 

You may return nonconforming product within 30 days of original shipping date. After the product is verified nonconforming we will replace the product or issue a full credit.

 

To return a product, please contact us at sales@phoenix-mfg.com with the below information:

1. Our part number

2. Your order number

3. Date of purchase

4. Description of issue

5. Photo of issue

6. Quantity of parts in question

 

 A return authorization number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions.

Product is reviewed by our staff upon return.  If a nonconformance cannot be verified no replacement or credit will be issued.

No parts will be accepted and no credit will be issued if parts are returned without first requesting return authorization in the above described manner.

 

Some of the causes of product failure that this policy does not cover include; normal wear, damage from misuse, shipping, handling, warehousing, improper installation, failure due to product or any part therein being altered or modified and improper maintenance. The life of a given product also depends upon the conditions under which it operates, and the care it receives. Some applications, such as mower decks, snow blowers and pumps are very often used in dusty or dirty conditions, which can cause what appears to be premature wear. Such wear, when caused by dirt, dust, debris or other abrasive material that has entered the area where the product is located because of improper maintenance, is not covered by this policy. Bearing failure due to removal of grease during or because of washing/pressure washing a unit our product is installed on is not covered by this policy.

What DOES this policy cover?

This policy covers the return of defective product caused by manufacturer workmanship.

 

How long do I have to return a product? 

Nonconforming or incorrect product must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date.

 

Will I be reimbursed for my return shipping costs?

Phoenix Pulleys, Bearings and Belts will pay the return freight for nonconforming product when parts are determined to be defective because of manufacturer workmanship.
