At Phoenix Distribution customer satisfaction is a top priority. We do our best to ensure products purchased from us meet your expectations and in cases where a product may not work for your needs or in the rare case of a defect we are more than happy to help you with a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipping date. Once the product is received we will replace the product or issue credit in the full amount of the original purchase price less original shipping costs.
To return or exchange a product, please contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-776-9315 with your order number and a return authorization number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. Phoenix does not cover return shipping costs except in the case of a defective product.
Phoenix Distribution warrants to the original user and consumer that any products supplied by Phoenix Distribution to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use or service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This excludes normal wear and routine maintenance. If you find that the part purchased is affected by a manufacturing defect we will gladly credit back the full cost of the item(s) along with original shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item(s) or replace the item at no charge. While we do our best to recommend the best part for your needs, we cannot make any warranties about the fitness of the product for a particular application or purpose. We also cannot warranty failures caused by normal wear, damage from misuse, shipping, handling, warehousing, improper installation, failure due to the product or any part therein being altered or modified and improper maintenance.
The life of a given product also depends upon the conditions under which it operates, and the care it receives. Some applications, such as mower decks, snow blowers, and pumps are very often used in dusty or dirty conditions, which can cause what appears to be premature wear. Such wear, when caused by dirt, dust, debris or other abrasive material that has entered the area where the product is located because of improper maintenance, is not covered by this policy.
Bearing failure due to the removal of grease during or because of washing/pressure washing a unit our product is installed on is not covered by this policy.
